It'll be fine - everyone will be so pleased to be meeting up that they won't care about freebies, and then afterwards you can raffle/run competitions/give prizes for the prettiest mod (!!) and send the rest of us the stuff

a glass bowl normally used for fish to swin in but on this occasion for the putting of bits of paper with info on lol
