<sorted> Slideshow - elp!

I have just been trying to change our slideshow on our site added a 4th photo with text file this comes up just as desired. Leaving the first slide but changed slide 2 and 3 plus their corresponding text files.

Slides 2 and 3 come up with the old photos but the new captions. Defo the right pictures for the new slides in the folder and the system created a new thumbs.db file - I renamed the old slide show and FTP'd a new folder with just the text files and 4 photos in and see that the thumbs.db file was created in the process. Any ideas please?

Tried it afresh in google Chrome and it's fixed itself. Odd, refreshed IE8 several times over many minutes.
