Centre a module position with CSS

I'm using the modules anywhere module (Modules Anywhere - Joomla! Extensions Directory) to stick a verticle slider on our front page, it works spot on but want it centering across the middle part of the screen where the content is.

How do i change the CSS to do this or can i put it in a module position that will do this for me? You'll get the jist if you go to Welcome to the Frontpage

Here is the menu system i'm testing. I need to stick it in the middle of the left and right modules so it fits smack in the middle.
