    School Website Upgrade

I am currently running our school site on the old 1.0 Edugeek template and I am currently upgrading our site to 1.5. I have it running on my own server right now as I am doing a lot of custom work on the site. I wasn't able to find this theme for 1.5 so I took the rokwebify template and modified it to match the edugeek version and then did some additional adjustments as I needed a few additional module positions. The site is not finished yet but would love to hear any and all feedback, constructive criticism, etc.. Just remember it's not finished yet..lol. Thanks in advance!

The part of the server this domain is on has been having some minor issues here and there, if interested just try it later and it should work fine. Sorry for the issue and thanks for taking a look!

    Look very nice

I would move Latest News to a side posistion.

Also, I always feel the pan/zoom slideshow can be too distracting and I would reel it in a bit and just have some simple transisition effect instead

    regards

Thanks for the feedback. The main reason I put the news under the main content is to keep the space used up contained, otherwise the sidebar will be huge with very little content in the middle section. We will normally have a bunch of stuff listed under the news, just not until the site gets moved over and goes live.

Good suggestion about the panning effects. It looked good when I had the images stretched fully across the top but once I added in the position for Emergency Closure Info it is quite distracting now that you mention it. Thanks!
