Whenever you create a new menu item it appears at the bottom of the menu. Currently, if I want to move it up the menu I keep clicking the up arrow until it is on the right position. This is getting a bit tiresome, is there a quicker way to move the item?
I have tried to use the numbers in the order column but can't see how this can work as if there are menu items 1-20 and I try to give the new item any of those numbers it wont allow it (as obviously there is already an item at that number).
Am I doing something stupid?

There is likely a better way, but here is what I do. I use the numbers to re-order items, then click on the little disk icon to save the new order. I think that the system does allow duplicate ordering numbers. I don't know how this works, but using the numbers gets things in the correct neighborhood, then I use the arrows to make final adjustments if necessary. I hope that this helps....

6th August 2009, 03:29 PM #3 Thanks for that. What I was doing was reordering the numbers then hitting enter rather than the save icon so it wasn't actually saving the order
Now if I change the menu item to the correct number it renumbers all the rest as well
