    ok permisions aside... for the second... Im trying to get jsmallfib to look at folders outside of the site folder e.g.

    {jsmallfib [\\kevin-pc\test] 63:2, 65:3 g6:2 desc(Hello file browsing world!)}

    test folder is on the 'C:\' drive and this is the fllowing error message I get

    Hi Kevin,

    If jsmallfib produces that error it means that the backend parameter for path type is set to relative, but I understand you want the toplevel repository to point to a path outside your web root. Set that parameter to 'absolute' and put the default path (in the backend) to \\kevin-pc\test

    That should work.

    PS: I believe you mailed me through jsmallsoftware.com yesterday, but my replies kept on bouncing back to me (maybe blocked by your antispam?).
