22nd April 2009, 12:53 PM #20 Used the service desk to rule out one of the possible problems and was given a bit of info. Then went to good ol' Spark for a config file. All working and dandy now.

I had exactly the same problem.
Edited the config file manually, though, and everything was then fine.
Hopefully I wont run into similar issues further down the line...
