Help get me started...

I've got the site running... I'm happy I can edit the template... but i can't for the life of me figure out how to edit content

So to get me started can someone do a step by step to editing for example... the front page module called Urgent News and change both the header and the text inside it ...

You have to understand how joomla works first here is good place to start or get yourself a good book on Joomla

I can't stand teaching myself like that (although sometimes it necessary..). I'm more of a poke around guy see what you break and run away.....

Anyway twigged it.... by deleting stuff and seeing what starts to disappear :
