Text wrap around pictures?

Am I doing something wrong here?

How do you get the text to wrap nicely around the pictures? I've got Joomla Edu 1.5 working already for Intranet and Internet and now just addind content, however, the demo content shows the pictures placed nicely in the text but I can't seem to emulate it.

Once you have added the picture set the alignment to either left or right for the text to wrap.
