We are using the allVideo plug in, which works great with flv. However we have been asked if we can get our videos to work on mobile devices. A quick search of the net suggests that the mp4 format is the most compatible. However, when we tried to convert the video into a mp4 it refused to play via allVideo.

There are lots of different settings to change when converting the video (we are using FormatFactory 2.96) but we are unsure which is the best to use. If anyone has a mp4 video playing via allVideo can you let us know which settings work best.
