Joomla site only showing HTML

I have 50% migrated the schools website from one site to another server.

When i am conntecting to the website on the server via http://localhost it is showing the template and everything.

Yet, when i change the isa rules to show the joomla site on the new webserver it it only showing the html no templete or putting the content into there module positions.

Anyone expericanced these problems?

I have sort it.

$mosConfig_live_site was still pointing to localhost not the url that it will. all sorted
