Change Text in Item Bars

Well i think i will probably have confused you all with the name of thread

What i am on about is on the main page you have 'urgent news' at the top and 'random image' at the bottom. What i want to do is change these but i cant see where to do it!

I have attached a screenshot to try and clarify further.

Go into Modules > Site Modules. Click on the link for the Module you want to edit and change the Title.
