    DOCman Uploading error

    I'm using the updated Joomla package which seems to be working fine although when using DOCman to upload files i get the message "Error Uploading - Directory problem:"

    There's obviously a directory problem but what am i looking for?

    Check the permissions on the dmdocuments folder. Need to be writeable.

    Everyone has full control!! The folder has the demo documents that come with your package present but DOCman within the Joomla admin site reports that there are no files present!?

    Goto Components > Docman > Configuration and check the "Path for storing files" value is correct.

    Thanks that was it. Just needed to point this to the relevant location. Don't know why i automatically assumed that this would point to my location

    So did I. Seems the value is hard coded into the DB after install.
