can someone tell me how to alter the width of a joomla template
to make it full screen

I think you'd be better off with starting off with another template as the base.

Depends on the template really. Have you got a link to the template used? Might be able to help then.

Have taken a look. Changed some values in the index.php file to make the template fluid full width.

Download the attached file and rename to .php and replace the index.php file of your current template.
