Problem with static site when using IE6

I've got a static site (thanks SYSMAN_MK!) with a minor problem

It seems to be working fine, except for the index.html when using IE6 (any other browser I use and it looks fine) the header and footer don't line up with the middle section.

The website in question is here

Does anyone have any clue as to why this might be happening please?
