Menue Bar font colour

my apologies for asking so many questions. I am helpless when it comes to websites. Hopefully I wont have too many more questions.

How can I change the colour of the text in my top menu bar

At the moment this is white and I would like to change it.

Look for the following code in the css file of your chosen colour.

div#horiz-menu a:link,
div#horiz-menu a:visited {
	display: block;
	float: left;
	padding: 7px 15px;
	height: 15px;
	line-height: 15px;
	font-weight: bold ;
	font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
	color: #fff;
	text-decoration: none;
}

Change the hex value to your chosen colour.

Our headers and text headings for the latest news are in orange.

Where can i change this?

You will again need to edit the css file. For the headings look for:

/* main content headings */

.contentheading {
padding: 10px 0;
margin-top: 10px;
margin-bottom: 10px;
line-height:100%;
color: #f57110;
}

And for Hyperlinks look for:

/* regular links */

a:link,
a:visited {
color: #f57110;
text-decoration: none;
}
