    Smile Me again

Hiya, can anyone please help with this one, I need to alter the settings somewhere so that when you print one of the site's pages it doesn't miss half the page off the printed sheet - any ideas?

Do you need to print the whole page (inc menus for example) or just the content from an article?

Just the article content would be fine.

Could you not just copy and paste the content into something like word and print?

We stopped pupils printing from the internet as they were wasting a lot of paper and ink printing pages of unwanted information direct from the internet.

Doesn't really help your current problem though sorry.

    Try this:

Via the backend admin goto Site > Global Configuration > Content Tab and set the following to "show"

    Print Icon

    Icons

    PDF Icon

This will enable the print and PDF icons at the top of content items. You can then use those to view printable versions of the content item. The PDF one seems to provide better results.

    Hiya Sysman

Have done with, when you click on the print icon nothing happens and when you select the PDF icon you get a HTTP 404 Not Found error page! Any suggestions please.

    Cheers - Tracy

It would seem that you are missing the index2.php from the root of your website. Re-upload this file and see what happens.

  10. Thanks to SYSMAN_MK from:
