Add Content Menu to new page

I have been palying with the edugeek package and its good i a slowly recreating our website in it The only thing is that where here it shows the parents menu on the right i want to create a new menu on a new page.

I have gone into the menu manager and created a new menu, and created a new content page but how do i get it to appear in all the content items in a the new section. Like the the linked one does.
