Create a staff area on our site

First of all I would like to help all the people who have helped me especially SYSMAN_MK & Beeswax. I would like to make a little staff section of the new school site. I will make a login link/section on the hope page. When the teacher logs in a new menu will appear on the top of the site called “Staff Section”

How do I go about doing this please?
