Joomla Main Banner help

Ok this is driving me crazy now. I feel completely stupid seeing as i cannot for life of me see where you change the Main top-screen banner on the Joomla admin page. 8O

Someone please throw me a lifeline here.

It's a graphic will be in the templates folder.

How can I edit the words that pop up on the front page over the images ?

you will need a png editor like fireworks or photoshop

The image file should be located in the templates folder. You may need to recreate the image.

I have changed all the images for my own, but still get the words popping up. I want to change the words.

@blackcat: Log into the admin interface and select Components -> Smoothgallery -> Image Manager

select the gallery and image you want to change then alter the title and description.

also you need to edit the contact details as well
