Future support requests - help me help you
Hi everyone,
As some of you know I left my gap year job at the end of September to start studying computer science and software engineering at university. Now it's time to get back to business, although a little more slowly than before.
To help both of us out, can you use the contact form on my site to report any problems and ask questions. That way, you'll get through more quickly (the wonders of push mail) and I can respond accordingly. Post questions on here too, of course, I do check but only every few days.
What did I miss over the past few weeks? How's everyone doing?
Paul

The course is going well, nothing too hard yet although some of the books are a bit dry. I think 900 pages of Operating System Concepts is enough to put anyone to sleep! We're doing some object oriented programming in Java at the moment so having prior experience is a great help and I can already see how the course is going to improve my programming in C# too.
