Admin bar problem

I have downloaded the latest admin bar but can't open the zip file...

I get an error "Can not open file ... as archive"

Is it just me?

I downloaded it yesterday ok from Matt's site. Have you tried downloading it again / on a different pc?

I downloaded it twice using Google Chrome and all I get is about 5Mb of the file.

Just tried it in IE6 and it downloaded properly...weird...Chrome has been good so far, this is the first time I have had a problem with it...
