Just finished adding Trend's Sysclean to the Admin Bar.
This will mean the person using the Admin Bar will have to download the latest AV Pattern & Anti Spyware Pattern files - but buttons and links are provided on the Bar and will be in the readme.
This may be helpful if having to check a PC over for viruses etc. I find this util really handy when dealing with infected PCs etc.
Also added the Zapgrab screen capture tool for XP, users of Vista will notice it will automatically fire off the Snipping Tool.
