As a previous 2Simple customer (had the excellent 2Simple Music Toolkit) we took advantage of their summer offer to secure the 28 programmes in their collection for about a grand for use across the whole site. Disappointingly its not been used to its full potential yet.
We recently set up our new server and in setting up the 2Simple Collection sought technical advice from 2Simple. The advice we received resulted in Daniel at 2Simple spending a fair amount of time helping us deploy the Toolkit to it's best potential. What a treat it was working with and learning from Daniel who provided support at the highest level I have been privileged to see. Daniel set a gold standard I'd be surprised to see few get near. this cemented my opinion of the 2Simple product putting it in the totally exceptional category.
That's 3 times this week I have found exceptional support the first being from Amy at Peninsula Toshiba over printer drivers, Daniel at 2Simple and our very own Ric at edugeek over scripts - thanks through the forum to them all.
I have found the 2 simple support always excellent - [ ok, I have only had to contact them twice, but both times they have provided a quick responce ]
Their software is also excellent for the youngsters...
Called and enquired about installing the suite on an RM network, a few days later they sent me a cd free of charge with CC3 install files
