So what if **YOUR** post is fine. What if theirs isn't?

My post is definitively not fine, I think we've had about 3 months of strikes where I am and we're still receving post from months ago, as are people that we sent post to. We've has so much post go astray that its casued us immense problems, so I know that there are factros that could be outside of their control - and who else are you going to use, even a lot of the private companies still use Royal Mail for the "last mile" element of their service.

My point is a week during a period of strike action is not a long time. I'm not saying that s4s are any good - just that its got to be in context (at the moment)

I did not post this to argue nadeem just to put my point of view as to post my view should be respected not argued with like you are doing here
Look at all the other negative posts here and you will see that i am not the only one saying it takes an age to receive or some items are not received at all

I ordered back on the 26th (order 213617) - still waiting.
Hopefully it'll be here soon... :)

Hi I'm having similar probelms in getting a refund.

The order process was fine and delivery was prompt but the product I recieved was (like you) not what I thought I'd ordered so I got a return number and returned it as instructed.

That was just under 2 weeks ago and when I phoned today they are saying they've not recieved it yet so they can't refund me.

Like you I'm slightly concerned and would be interested to know if/when you get a refund.

The person I spoke to on the phone earlier was really helpful but it still seems strange that it's taking so long to refund me.

I will check back with them later in the week as they suggested.

Had it confirmed via e-mail today that they have now recieved the returned software so it hopefully looks like my concerns weren't valid.

Will confirm once I get a refund.

I placed an order with them on the second of November. Last week I telephoned them to complain that my software had not arrived. They told me that my order reference was included in a batch that was "lost in the post". How would they know?

I ordered a Vista upgrade and Office 2007 Pro

Today I received an order containing 2 copies of Microsoft Math!

I telephoned them and was told to send an email to support. I have just recieved two emails from support. The first one says that my replacement order has also been lost in the post. Again, how do they know. The second says that I will receive my order in 3-5 days.

Something going on here I suspect.

By sending them recorded delivery? Either way, if they accept that you didn't receive them, then they should send you replacements.

They don't send them by recorded delivery. Just by first class post - as confirmed by the wrong order I received today.

If you know of a method of tracking first class post you are on to a winner.

A relative ordered from these and it took around 10 days for the software to arrive.... eventually.

Nope - False alarm - it's just some memory cards I ordered from the US.

I've had no response from my email direct - and it's now been nearly a month.

Got my full refund. Although it took a while they were always helpful.

I'm still waiting - I've emailed, posted here, PM'ed them - not a sausage of communication.
