Coordinator, Education Support buttons disabled in ICT Alive
We can log in to ICT Alive - we just can't select the Coordinator or Education Support buttons. We have working Internet Explorer 32 bit and 64 bit, and Google Chrome on a Windows 7 32 bit PC. RM don't offer support as they have discontinued the product (although we are licenced to 2040!), and there is nothing in the knowledgebase, other than "check your Internet connection".
The problem is across the board, every computer running ICT Alive has the same problem.
Anyone any ideas please? Is it something that was deliberately turned off when product support ended?
