    Fireworks 8

I work at Leysland High School and we got the latest macromedia i.e. fireworks 8 etc on Fireworks 8 when you import 2 or 3 images from a folder on the network stored on our server windows 2003 server and then import it as a student we get a internal error can't complete your request and a locked file error message to!

Anyone help me out please! we checked the policy on the server and permissions all seem to be ok!

    cheers

    Re: Fireworks 8

I dont beleve fireworks 8 to be the latest as for deploying it you will have some problems as they have switched from macromedia to adobe and suppot is very ropy as they are pushing cs3 http://www.adobe.com/education/products/creativesuite/ and i have got the latest one which comes with this baby http://store2.adobe.com/cfusion/stor...ore=OLS-EDU-UK have a look bought for my for doing some work and i use itin education. Bu i know there are versions By the way macromedia no longer exicts bought by adobe. so if you bought it form them
On April 18, 2005, Adobe Systems announced an agreement to acquire Macromedia in a stock swap valued at about $3.4 billion on the last trading day before the announcement. The acquisition was consummated on December 3, 2005, and the companies' operations, networks, and customer care organizations were integrated shortly thereafter.
