My Boss is looking for easy software for students to make animations on a PC...

Something like a video game or cartoon type thing..

Any ideas ?

Pivot Stickfigure Animator is good and free.

We also use Pivot, and are currently evaluating Scratch.

We use Flash now and have used DrawPlus in the past (the older free versions do animation albeit basic frame by frame animation).
