Replacement for Successmaker?

We are looking at replacing Successmaker in our school.

The teacher that uses this software with the students was wondering what else is there that teaches Reading, literacy and comprehension skills and is less 'American'?

Oh and it would nice if it looked up to date as well.

Not found anything so far but have decomissioned the server successmaker was running on over the summer.

We have found a teacher .. that actually does lesson plans has moderate success .... Failing that education city is cloud based.
