are you sure the GPO is applying correctly? Is anything logged in the event log?

Right heres to errors which are flagged in the event logs

The Group Policy client-side extension Security failed to execute. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

The Group Policy client-side extension Security failed to log RSOP (Resultant Set of Policy) data. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

And this warning

Security policies were propagated with warning. 0xd : The data is invalid.

For best results in resolving this event, log on with a non-administrative account and search http://support.microsoft.com for "Troubleshooting Event 1202's".

Anyone?

scecli - Security policies were propagated with warning. 0xd : The data is invalid.

Could the above be my problem?? Im totally confused here, it talks about something using the kerborous protocol and it could be messing up the time, but the only thing which could use that is LANVIEW?? and the time isnt out.
