Deploy Open office through GPO to certain PC's

NOt sure if this is in the correct topic area but i'm sure ome nice admin will move it if not

I want to have a look at Open Office as part of some course yr7 are doing ( to educate them to beable to use more than one tyupe of office software applications) I have used OPen Office along while ago and i guess it has improved leaps and bounds since then. I dont really know much about rerally let alone deploying, so if some on could answer acouple of questions for meI'd appreciate that.

1, Can OPen Office be deployed or configured to be deployed through GPo to XP Pro SP2 clients?
    2. Can OPen Office sit quite happily alongside a client which already has Office 2003 already installed on it.
3, If it is deployable or even has to be installed manually, are there any admin templates available to tie it down through GPO?

    ANy help would be appreciated.

In answer to question 2 - Yes. I have both on my PC.

Not tried to deploy it yet though.

Run the setup and let it unpack the installation files then cancel the setup.

Inside the installation files folder is the .msi etc...

You can just unzip the MSI with 7zip too if you want to rather than running the MSI.
