Picaxe Deployment and usage
Hi. Is there anyone out there who has had the following problem:
I have received Picaxe Programming Editor from Revolution Education. I have successfully taken the .msi and appropriate files from the CD and deployed it over the network using GPO. The software installs perfectly and works fine as long as i log into a computer as an administrator, but my problem arises when a student logs on to a PC. Because of policies, students do not have access to the 'c' drive. Picaxe needs to access the windows/system32 folder to get to an OCX file and a DLL file which of course it can't do as a student. I do not want to open access to the 'c' drive for students.
Any ideas?

Hi Plexer, in theory that's true. But not this software. It refuses to run as a student. I'll have to dig a bit deeper
