Adobe CS3 Suite, anyone seen?

We are looking into buying the new CS3 suite for schools and I had a couple of questions I thought I would put to you all:
Does the bulk license copy still get you a installer without activation?
Is it in MSI?
Do Adobe have a MSI pack for it to allow you to create the transforms simply?
Is anyone else considering it?

Corporate or "Volume" license does not require activation, only initial serialization. As far as a MSI package installer, ... not that I'm aware of. I've been able to do silent install over a network, but not from a DVD.
