Anyone had problems with text to speech not working using Clicker 4 or Textease?

I'm currently having issues with some of my older computers (P4 2.4Ghz) machines giving an error message along the lines of "MS Text to speech cannot initailize correctly" Seems to work fine on laptops

It was working last year and I'm not sure how long it hasn't been working for as issues never seem to get reported immediatly. (My guess is before Christmas)

Current theory is it is related to a MS Hotfix so I'm trouble shooting that at the moment. Realtek soundcards in the comps that do not work

btw it's a CC3 network if that narrows it down for anyone and MS Sam works fine. :?
