    Help with Google Earth

    Hi all,

I have the latest version of Google Earth installed on one of our servers. The users launch the software via a shortcut.

Google Earth is not installed locally on each PC.

Recently a user (our main GE user) has been getting an error when launching GE:

"Google Earth could not write to the current cache or My Places file location. The values will be set as follows:

    My Places Path:
    "C:\users\xxxxxxx\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEar th"

    Cache Path:
    "C:\users\xxxxx\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth"

Is it possible to have a centralised shared My Places and Cache location?

    Thanks for any help!

Thinking about it, it would be much better to try and have the path set to follow the user's roaming profile around.

Anyone know if this is possible?
