**** SOLVED ****
We are having problems with exporting from Serif Webplus X4.
Some students are able to export their work fine but others arent and it errors with "global_navtree.js was not found".
All our pupils have the same access privilages so it isnt a problem with security.
The problems isnt restricted to one machine or one suite but is site wide and all machines have the same image (OS is XP on all the machines in question).
Whilst testing we have found that the problem also occurs when logged on as an administrator in some cases.
We are waiting to hear back from Serif but whilst waiting I thought i'd ask if anyone else has suffered from similar issues and has any advice or possible fixes?
Our next port or call might be to check what is being imported / inserted into the project to see if one specific module or addon is causing an issue (drop down menu bars, rollovers or something like that).
Thanks a lot for any advice you can give.

We have File Server Resource Manager installed on our fileserver to block certain file types from running from pupil home drives, in this we have added an exception to allow .js files to run in the executable blocking. This now works.
