I will give it a few hours, then will pass it back to the teacher saying it won't work on our system which will:

    A: Save some money.
    B: Save my sanity.

lol i wish they would stop selling this pap. Database for the kids bit keeps getting nanad and only fix ive found is to delete everyone in that tier of the software. Teacher bits use sql 2000 and dot net 1 so wont work on vista / 7 /server 08 its pants and soooooooo many disks

I'm on my 4th separate support call to them already this term and their solution to one of the calls is to re-image the machine and re-install everything because its obviusly not there software that's the problem - its my machine (XP Pro SP3 - everthing else works fine!)

Our teachers weren't hard to convince when I told them it didn't work properly on Windows 7. They said the planner bit was junk anyway, all they really wanted was the homework sheets that come with it.

wish i could convice the staff in schools that have this software of that but i cant. One only bought it in the last 2 years or so and were aparantly told it wouldnt work under a modern os so tough nanas. Now granted it can be run under xp mode but thats a faf i could live without. As its written for dotnet 1 and sql 2000 i wouldnt of thought it would be hard for them to migrate it to sql 2005/8 and a newer dotnet
