RM Tutor 4 Warning Message
We recently upgraded to CC4 and along with that moved from RM tutor 3 to RM tutor 4. Is there a way to stop the messages coming up showing the clients you are watching their machine? We try to catch them in the act of doing something they shouldnt be doing but the big "you are being watched sign" doesnt help.
Also when testing it the client machines were having to accept the first attempt to link their computer to the tutors. Is there any way to connect without having to seek their permission?
If it helps the elements we have are:

Presumably, since you've just upgraded to CC4, you've also got a valid support contract?
I know that RM has a few TEC articles for Tutor 4 with downloads for options that aren't in RMMC. Might be worth a look.

Do you have the ADM templates installed? You can control this using them.
