BlackCat Spider Manual required

Hi,

This is more a plea for help than anything else.. I've just been asked by a school to help them with their web site and they use something called BlackCat Spider (by Granada Learning).

Unfortunately I can't access the site (car trouble) and the onsite tech ability is a little limited so I was hoping someone on here might have access to a copy of the CD or manual and would be able to dig out the help files and/or scan the manual so I could see how this package is supposed to handle FTP transfer (if it even does!).

Any help would be appreciated and just to be clear I don't want the actual software, just the documentation..

The final section of this short guide at least gives you some idea of the dialogue the users are faced with for FTP - looks like it does handle it but maybe with not a lot of control over passive settings proxies etc...
