Activprimary Activote file path errors
Hi,
I keep getting the message: invalid file / path error whenever I try to open Promethean Activote. It's only doing it on the user login. If I log in as Admin it's fine.
Anyone know how to change the default path? Is it possible? The problem, as far as I can tell, is a file permissions issue on the user folder but i can't allow access through the route its trying to take due to security.
Any advice?

26th April 2010, 04:33 PM #2 I have had this problem and it was actually down to something wrong with the pc - does it just happen to one member of staff or all of them?
This was with activestudio tho and the only way i got around the problem was re-ghosting the machine

27th April 2010, 12:18 PM #3 It seems to be happening to users who don't have access to the server\userdata$\users\user file structure. Do you think there is any way round this?
