Sims has just fell into my remit, Is there any way of running lesson monitor on pda`s for pe staff and drama staff?

You could try using Tablet PC's.

I recall someone mentioned running over Terminal Services to save on the license.

We use wireless laptops with SIMS.net Lesson Register installed (Lesson Monitor is being de-preciated and no longer supported as far as I know).

Or you place PC's in the gym's etc

Or you get the PE teachers to do a paper register then enter it on the system later (YMMV)
