Successmaker 1.3 Freezes

Hi Everyone,
I'm having a bit of an issue with Successmaker version 1.3, Intermittently it freezes when opening or closing an activity. All we get is "Preparing to run activity, please wait..." and thats it just frozen. I have checked the event logs on the PC with nothing noted. Just wanted to know is anyone else has come across this, and if anyone has any suggestions.

Sounds like its ot able to read some files within Results manager. Have you checked Sysbase is running as well?

I think it might be to do with the Security permissions.

Try running the RM security.bat file - I have run that here and it seems to of fixed the problems.
