Is there a way to register Foxit as the PDF default with a script though? Otherwise when a teacher clicks on a PDF it wont have a default set

    Re: PDF reader

You need to edit too registry keys

    Code:
    HKCR\Acrobat\shell\open\command
    and
    Code:
    HKCR\AcroExh.Document\Shell\Open\Command
Replace references to AcroRd32.exe with appropriate path to Foxit executable.

    also modify
    Code:
    HKCR\.pdf\OpenWithList
to include Foxit as a handler

Fiddly by hand (better off using Folder Options GUI) but good for scripting or reg file.
