    Dead easy screen video capture

Ultimate Boss just came across this, which blew me away:

ScreenToaster - Online screen recorder. Capture screencasts instantly.

Uses a java applet in the browser to capture video of an area of the screen or the whole desktop, compresses it and immediately renders it in a flash video. Can capture webcam and audio at the same time, has basic editing and can upload to Youtube or Screentoaster, or download as a Quicktime movie or FLV file. Even works across Windows, Mac & *nix

    Give it a play.
