Promethean Pencil function (only) not working

Hi - PM'd you with some stuff

but - BEFORE - doing the stuff in the PM, just try this.....

Open Primary, click on Promethean man -> Settings -> Flipchart Objects and remove the tick from 'High Quality Lines and Shapes' - click ok and restart Primary

Does that work?

Somewhat bizarrely, the pencil function has now started working again...

Heh, odd!
Mine appears to have been solved with a complete refresh of the laptop. However it's starting to show signs on more of them. Keeping an eye.
