Default ActivePrimary 2, Can't save flipcharts properly

It's a Dell D510 teachers laptop. Connected up via USB, etc to a Promethian Interactive Whiteboard. She's using ActivePrimary 2 and attempting to save her flip charts into the My documents folder on the local machine. When she tries to save the file it's created with the correct name but when she opens it up again all the pages are blank..

Any clues?

Is this using the MSI version or the original Installshield build?

I know this sounds really obvious, but have you checked that the promethian settings are pointing to the my documents area, it seems to have a habbit of deciding to look in random places on network shares etc.

No network shares here. It's a primary with a peer to peer network.

Hi Geoff

This is rather old.

I would get on 2.5 as there are a lot more features available.

Fair enough. I'll give that a go next chance I get. Are said 'new features' likely to cause confusion amongst the teachers?

No display changes, they will see the same menu options but there will be added tools within these options.
