Rep Power: 11 | i googled up a 1.4 install pdf on a canadian pearson site which i used to do my install recently. there was no sign of any UK documentation anywhere. worked a treat tho. had to phone up and get a new ilc file and serial cos we'd lost them but once you get thru to the real tech support ppl they're very helpful. |

Rep Power: 6 | Had to do a clean install here during the summer, lets just say they're not the easiest of people to get an answer from! Got sent all new media, and a clean install guide at no cost to us since we pay the annual fee. All up and running happilly now! Just shout up if you're struggling. 8) |
