No one else encountered this then?
Anyone had dealings with Key Resourse Libraries Key Resources The 2 schools I work in (Secondary Special Needs and Primary) both recently received unsolicited complete KS1 & KS2 software packs - The Complete Primary School Resource Library, from this company proportedly part of Nicholas Roberts Publications Ltd.
Covering the software was a letter in the case of the Secondary addressed by name to the Head and to the Literacy Co-ordinator in the Primary telling them that in the past they had purchased software from this company (no record of that happening at either school) and an 'Inspection Invoice' for close on £300 for a 1 year site licence. The letter goes on to say that the resourse can be accessed on line includes access code and a password.
Further claim in accompanying material that Nicolas Roberts' writing resources are used in over 90% of UK Primary Schools.
A further invoice will be sent 2 weeks before the Return Date 25 Sep 09 but in the meantime the school has the option of online cancellation, open a disk (one is missing anyway) and clicking cancell or write cancel and send the invoice to the company FREEPOST or Fax and bin the software.
To me at best this seems pretty sharp practice anyone able to add to this either way please?

We have received an unsolicited "Inspection Invoice" from Nicolas Roberts Publications today. It looks very much like someone trying it on to get schools to pay up money.
Has anyone else experience this since last year?
