'Cool' Educational Software
Hi All,
I`m ICT Support for a local Youth Group and iv been asked to look into purchasing either hardware or software or a combination of both for use within the group.
I do have some sepcs though firstly I have to be able to prove it's for educational use (That is a requirment for use of the money)
and secondly its for use in a 12-16 group and they are lively to say the least, the area could be described as being "rough" with a high crime rate, so something to capture thier imaginations.

Hi,
I find that Yenka Programming is a really cool bit of software.
It teaches simple programming and control through 3D characters dancing on screen. It engages the kids I teach (11-17) and you get free home use with it so kids can use it at home too.
I have used it a fair bit over the last couple of months, it's great!
Hope this helps!
