    Instant Presenter Software

We currently use instant presenter to broadcast some of our lessons. This product broadcasts the powerpoint presentation along with Video and Audio from a webcam/mic attached to a PC in the classroom.

Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives as we find instant presenters quality very low when broadcasting

    Thanks

Broadcasts to the internet as a session that other users can log on to and interact with. Upload a powerpoint presentation to it and stream a live broadcast along side it of a lecturer going through the presentation...

if you're using an older version of Powerpoint (2003 and earlier), there was a Broadcast feature which just needed a Windows Media publishing point.

In Powerpoint 2007, the broadcast feature has been dropped from within Powerpoint and is now within Office Live.

A lady I used to work with maintains a list of E-Learning/teaching tools and it's well worth taking a look at her list of web conferencing tools.

    Learning Tools Directory

Audio over the net was always a problem when I used to use Placeware, WebEx etc and we opted to use telephone conferencing services (GeneSys, Worldcom).
